Course Overview

Japanese Lift Massage is an advanced facial sculpting technique that blends the ancient art of Kobido massage with modern myofascial and deep tissue methods. With nearly 100 precise techniques, this approach delivers both immediate visible results and long-term transformation—without invasive procedures.

Through multi-layered manual work, you’ll learn how to tone facial muscles, release deep tension, and stimulate lymphatic flow, all while creating a deeply relaxing and rejuvenating experience for your clients.

Daily Itinerary

Day 1 – Foundations & Fascia Work

Day 2 – Sculpting & Acupressure

• Facial acupressure points and meridians

Day 3 – Full Protocol Practice

• Full-sequence practice (twice per student)
